angel costume

Last week, Carman & Sudoku had a little Christmas pageant with some fellow homeschoolers. The pageant is organized by a busy mom of 8, and she always does a great job. The kids learn the songs and practice their scripture verses on their own at home. On the day of the performance, they all practice together one time in the afternoon and are provided costumes by a local church. The eldest daughter of the mom-in-charge selects appropriately sized costumes for each child. Then the families all show up in the evening with drinks and goodies to eat. It is always a fun time of visiting for the kids and parents alike. It’s a high return for the input required by the parents.

Here is Sudoku in her angel costume. Carman was a shepherd, but he shed his costume before I got get a picture.
