Doodle and I shared some special time together this week. Marathon was able to keep the other kids while Doodle and I went to see a play about Rosemary Wells’ bunny siblings, Max and Ruby. A whole hour of Max and Ruby! Doodle loved it, and had eyes glued to the stage the entire time.
It was a delightful play, the most impressive part being the scenery and props. It was fun to listen to the children in the audience ooooo and aahhhhh when the 6 character cast quickly changed the scenery by turning different props around to reveal an unexpected look or change. It was great mom-and-lad time for us. – milkmaid
